New Poster

Sam created a new poster for us, that will print in a larger format.  This one could be laminated and put up at some of the more traveled intersections:

  1. Great poster!! Put them also in shelters, Veterinarian offices, corner stores, drug stores, supermarkets, malls, bus stations etc...normally if asked to put in stores, they will let you. More exposure and placed miles away could be to Sassafras' advantage for your search.

I wish you good luck. I will be hoping everyday for Sassafras' return and for your hearts to stop aching.

    All the best.

  2. Can we specifically drop flyers off at individual homes bordering the Georgetown Branch Trail? I'd even like to ask people that are outdoors if they would be willing to place a flyer in the back window of their street-parked car if they are near the Georgetown Branch Trail. I volunteer to help with the flyering effort once a date is decided.

  3. Sam - great poster, but how do i get it to open as a .pdf file so that it fills the entire 8.5" x 11" piece of paper?

  4. @Martha: Dropping flyers off at homes is illegal in some places, and, in all places it is illegal to put them into mailboxes/slots. So, this is not really a good option as it can get us into trouble.

When the time comes, we will supply everything for the volunteers and have a game plan for them. This particular poster will actually be more like 11 x 17 and will only be used at certain intersections. We'll have other 8.5 x 11 flyers.
